All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and information; however:

• Product colors may vary slightly from images due to screen display differences, lighting conditions, and photographic representation
• Actual product dimensions may have minor variations (±2cm) from listed specifications
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product without prior notice
• We do not guarantee that all products shown will be available at the time of your order

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• Price Changes: Prices may change without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement will be honored
• Errors: In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund
• Payment Methods: We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other methods as displayed at checkout

4. Orders & Cancellation

Order Confirmation:

• An order is confirmed only upon successful payment processing
• You will receive an order confirmation via SMS/email within 24 hours
• We reserve the right to reject any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations are not permitted once the order has been confirmed and dispatched

• Bulk orders have a separate cancellation policy — please discuss at time of order placement

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery Area: We currently deliver across India
• Estimated Delivery: 5–10 business days for most locations; remote areas may take longer
• Shipping Charges: As displayed at checkout; free shipping may apply above certain order values
• Tracking: A tracking link will be shared once your order is dispatched
• Failed Delivery: If delivery fails due to incorrect address or absence of recipient, re-delivery charges may apply

UrbanCarry is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:

Eligible for Return:

• Products received in damaged or defective condition
• Wrong product received (different from what was ordered)
• Return request raised within 7 days of delivery

Not Eligible for Return:

• Products showing signs of use, washing, or damage by the customer
• Items without original packaging or tags
• Products returned after 7 days of delivery
• Customized or personalized items

Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, UrbanCarry and DIVYANK ENTERPRISES shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from third-party courier, payment, or service failures
• Any content on third-party websites linked from our platform

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product/service giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
